One of the best indie-rock bands from Spain will be on tour around the USA this summer with their friends The Life And Times. Nueva Vulcano is the perfect example of what we expect from a band: simplicity, punch and contents. A guitar heir of the american indie tradition (Superchunk, Hüsker Dü), a bass that sometimes sounds like a lead instrument, a powerful tom-based rythm base and, amongst all, the beauty of Artur's lyrics as shown in their two albums through BCore: "Principal Primera" (2004) and "Juego Entrópico" (2005). If you ever had the chance to enjoy Artur's previous band, Aina (featuring a single on Dischord Records catalogue), you won't be disappointed.

L'Odi Social another of the pioneer bands of the 80's Barcelona Hardcore, will reissue all the material through BCore. The CD will include the legendary 7" "Que Pagui Pujol, their Lp "Esventats" plus bonus and unreleased tracks. In addition, you'll have a download code to get its infamous live show in "Nicaragua Rock" 1986 (benefit show for Sandinistas, along with La Polla Records, Kortatu, Cicatriz...)

Linn Youki formerly known as The Linn Youki Project are also finishing mixing of their fourth album, in which, unlike their previous three albums, incorporate voices.

Second album of this Madrid based quintet after "After the wild rush... waiting" (Humo/Everlasting, 03), that shows a mature band influenced by math angular post-rock of bands like Shipping News, the gothic and industrial dark-wave of Killing Joke or the emo of Engine Down. Representing the underground association Famelia (with bands like Ainara LeGardon, Rosvita), the album is co-released by their own label Humo Items.

Standstill are working on their new album. Recording is planned for May 2006 and the record will come out after Summer. They are also working on the DVD for their 10th Anniversary, that we hopefully have in our hands by Christmas time!

We welcome Persona to the Bcore roster. Their new album is in the works and will see the light in June 2006. Persona are a power trio that stole our heart with their amazing driving emo rock that brings bands like Kepone, Pegboy or Seaweed to mind.
